I’m an experienced counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working from Faversham and Rainham in Kent. I offer short or long-term counselling for adults and young people aged 16 +, either face-to-face or via Skype video call. Home visits may be possible for those with disabilities.
In my approach to counselling, I believe that we all have the ability to meet our needs, solve our problems, and live fulfilling lives. However, sometimes due to difficult life experiences and other factors, we can struggle with our feelings and become stuck.
Professional support can help us move forward, regain our passion and vitality, and live fully again. If you’re seeking counselling, I can offer you a safe space, where you can feel heard and accepted just as you are, and where together we can explore any difficulties you may be facing, and develop helpful new ways for you to deal with them.
Areas of counselling I can help with include:
Problems at work
Disability-related issues (see Counselling for Disability page for more details)
